Who is responsible
The data controller is New Konnect Networks, publisher of Alya (see the legal notice). For any question: contact@konnect.network.
This policy covers Alya’s presentation website. The conversations Alya handles on behalf of our clients fall under the contract signed with each of them, and each client remains responsible for the data of its own customers.
What the site collects
- No cookies, no audience measurement. The site uses no advertising tracker and no analytics tool.
- The demo form. When you send it, your name, e-mail, company, answers and message are sent to our server, which e-mails them to the Alya team (Amazon SES relay). The server keeps no copy of the request; it keeps your IP address in memory for one hour at most, to limit abusive submissions.
- Fonts. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is made to Google or any other third party to display them.
- Technical logs. Like any web server, the host may keep connection logs (IP address, date, requested page) for the security of the site.
What we do with your request
If you write to us, we use your name, e-mail address, company and message to answer you, organize a demo and send you a proposal. Legal basis: your request and our interest in answering it. Your data is neither sold nor transferred.
Retention period: 12 months after the last exchange.
Your rights
Under Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the European regulation (GDPR), you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted and object to its processing by writing to contact@konnect.network. You can also contact the Tunisian data protection authority (Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles, INPDP).
