Use case · Bookings and requests

No booking request left unanswered.

In the evening and at weekends, requests arrive as direct messages on Instagram, on WhatsApp or in your app, right when the team is in the middle of service. Alya takes them, asks the right questions and passes them on. The team keeps the decision.

What changes for your team.

Today

  • Direct messages pile up during service.
  • An unanswered request is an empty table or a customer gone elsewhere.
  • Always the same questions: opening hours, entry price, access, dress code.
  • Lost items and complaints get lost between messaging apps.

With Alya

  • A complete request in one exchange: date, time, number of people.
  • The venue confirms, Alya passes the answer to the customer in the same thread.
  • Practical questions are answered from the venue’s information, without making anything up.
  • “She suggests” mode: the team approves each answer before it is sent, if it wishes.
  • Unanswered requests are followed up, then passed on with a summary.

Who it’s for.

Restaurants, bars and clubs
You want bookings taken even in the middle of service, in your tone and with your rules.
Booking and ticketing platforms
You want to answer on behalf of each venue, without a support team per venue.
Appointment-based businesses
You want every request to reach the person who confirms it, complete.

Questions we get asked.

Does Alya confirm bookings herself?

No. She takes the request, the venue's team confirms or declines, and Alya passes the decision to the customer. She never makes up opening hours or prices.

Can we review answers before they are sent?

Yes. In “She suggests” mode, Alya drafts the answer and your team approves it before it goes out. You can turn it on venue by venue.

On which channels?

Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, e-mail, your website and your app. Customers write wherever they like, you follow everything in one place.
