How do I unlock an account after three wrong codes?
First check the account holder’s identity following the inbound call procedure. The account is then unlocked from the customer record, with the Account management role.

Questions we get asked.
Can Alya change data?
No. In the admin console, she reads your data to answer and states which role is needed to act. The action is still taken by an authorized person.
How is access managed?
Each user only sees what their role allows them to see. Administrators manage accounts and access by team.
Do teams need a new tool?
No. Alya is built into your existing admin console.
